Join our dynamic team as a Civil Engineer in Durban, where you will be responsible for executing key municipal projects. This role requires not only technical expertise but also strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering plans and specifications for civil projects.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure project needs are met.
• Monitor site activities and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify potential challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior engineering staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Professional registration (SACPCMP) is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects

• Structural Analysis Software

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• SACPCMP registration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
