Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee our inventory management processes. The successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, coordinate audits, and implement effective inventory control systems to optimize stock levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with inventory management policies and regulations.
• Develop strategies to improve inventory turnover rates.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in inventory management processes.
• Manage inventory control staff schedules and performance evaluations.
• Utilize inventory management software for tracking and reporting.
• Communicate regularly with procurement and warehouse teams.
• Generate periodic inventory forecasts based on demand analyses.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on inventory management best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within inventory management

• Microsoft Excel

Certifications

• Certified Inventory Optimization Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
