Job Description

Seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Port Elizabeth office. The successful candidate will focus on innovative electrical designs, contributing to various projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct power system studies and simulations.
• Create and update electrical design documentation.
• Review and approve engineering designs.
• Conduct risk assessments related to electrical systems.
• Advise management on electrical practices.
• Implement quality control measures in designs.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors.
• Identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Electrical Design Software
