Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Keyboardist to join our vibrant musical band. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in playing various musical genres, with a commitment to enhancing our live performances and studio recordings.

Responsibilities

• Perform key parts during rehearsals and live shows.
• Assist in arranging music and adapting songs for different performances.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all keyboard-related equipment.
• Incorporate new musical styles and techniques into performances.
• Build rapport with audiences during performances to enhance engagement.
• Facilitate songwriting sessions with band members.
• Prepare and practice for upcoming performances to ensure readiness.
• Manage schedules for rehearsals and recording sessions efficiently.
• Promote the band through social media and at events.
• Participate in community outreach to promote our musical initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• A recognized qualification in music performance or a related field is desirable

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a keyboardist in a professional or semi-professional band or music group.
