Job Description

We are searching for experienced Multiple Machine Tool Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will be proficient in operating and maintaining injection molding machines, ensuring high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple machines simultaneously while monitoring output quality.
• Engage in preventive maintenance to minimize downtime of equipment.
• Respond to and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Conduct quality checks and measurements to ensure product specifications are met.

Requirements

Education

• Matric
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification
• Certification in Injection Molding is highly advantageous.

Experience

• At least 5 years' experience working in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Robotics in Injection Molding
• Lean Manufacturing Principles

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time Management

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing: Experience applying lean manufacturing principles to optimize production.
