Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position requires excellent clinical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Evaluate patient responses to treatments and report changes.
• Serve as a primary contact for patient families, providing updates and support.
• Facilitate smooth transitions for patients during discharge or transfer.
• Engage in professional development through continued education and training.
• Assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Additional certifications in Specialty Nursing preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Certifications

• Registered Nurse certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Afrikaans is a plus.
