We are seeking a skilled Radiologist to join our dynamic medical team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting medical imaging results and providing accurate diagnoses to guide patient treatment plans. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of medical imaging to diagnose various conditions.
• Collaborate effectively with clinical teams to optimize patient care.
• Prepare concise, clear, and accurate reports on imaging findings.
• Engage in case discussions and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Implement best practices for patient safety and imaging procedures.
• Participate in departmental quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
• Develop imaging protocols and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and communication.
• Contribute to research initiatives and publications in the field of radiology.
• Assist in managing radiology workflow to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Doctorate in Radiology preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a clinical radiology setting

Technical Skills

• MRI and CT Imaging
• Interventional Radiology

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Problem Solving

Certifications

• HPCSA Radiology Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
