Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales initiatives from our Pretoria office. The successful candidate will oversee all e-commerce operations and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Drive SEO efforts and improve search engine rankings for e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor social media engagement and online community interactions related to the brand.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to analyze pricing strategies and promotional offers.
  • Implement customer retention strategies and loyalty programs to enhance repeat business.
  • Build a network of referrals to expand market reach.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about emerging trends and new technologies.
  • Prepare and manage the e-commerce budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
Technical Skills
  • Data Analysis tools (Tableau, Excel)
