In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales, engaging with customers, and ensuring the highest levels of service. Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Assist with the set-up of promotional displays and product layouts.
• Track sales and inventory levels and communicate with management.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive store atmosphere.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales.
• Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Contribute to team training and mentoring new hires.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant diploma or degree in Sales or Marketing

Experience

• 2+ years in a retail environment

• Customer Relationship Management

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational

Advantageous

• Fluency in additional South African languages: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
