Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Training and Development Officer who is passionate about fostering employee growth and enhancing learning experiences. This role involves designing and implementing training programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce. Responsibilities

  • Create and execute training initiatives focusing on employee development.
  • Provide input on employee performance evaluations related to training completion.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venues and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements.
  • Advocate for learning and development in the workplace.
  • Collaborate with HR to integrate training with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Analyze training feedback to continually improve program quality.
  • Manage training budgets and monitor expenditures for training activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a training role
