Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for network connectivity and infrastructure.
• Assist in backup and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity.
• Log interactions in the helpdesk system for tracking purposes.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and communication.
• Conduct user training sessions and create instructional materials.
• Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Computer Science or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in IT is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years experience in technical support roles
