• Conduct field interviews and surveys to gather data relevant to research projects.
• Analyze collected data to help derive actionable insights.
• Participate in research design discussions and contribute ideas.
• Report findings and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
• Maintain accurate records of research activities and findings.
• Engage with the local community to foster relationships and support research efforts.
• Work with project leaders to meet deadlines and project goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Market Research, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage
• Data Analysis Skilled in analyzing and interpreting data from research.
• Survey Design Experience in creating effective survey instruments.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical Thinking Strong ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Familiarity with qualitative research methods: Experience conducting focus groups or ethnographic studies.
• Knowledge of local languages: Ability to speak local dialects for enhanced communication.
