Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Researcher to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting field surveys, gathering data, and analyzing findings to support our research initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for collecting and interpreting data in a real-world setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct field interviews and surveys to gather data relevant to research projects.
  • Analyze collected data to help derive actionable insights.
  • Participate in research design discussions and contribute ideas.
  • Report findings and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of research activities and findings.
  • Engage with the local community to foster relationships and support research efforts.
  • Work with project leaders to meet deadlines and project goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a research capacity, preferably in field settings
