Responsibilities

• Analyze risk and develop appropriate insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure compliance with pricing models.
• Monitor and re-evaluate risks associated with existing policies.
• Provide mentorship to junior underwriters and support their professional development.
• Participate in company initiatives to improve underwriting quality and efficiency.
• Stay informed of changes in legislation and regulations affecting the insurance industry.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in Insurance are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in underwriting or a related field
