Job Description

We are actively seeking an Internal Auditor to join our dedicated team in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and adding value to the audit process by providing insightful recommendations. Ideal candidates will possess a strong analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate internal controls.
• Engage in fraud investigation and reporting.
• Help train junior staff members in audit procedures.
• Regularly report to management on audit findings and recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Professional certification (CIA, CA) is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in audit or accounting principles

Certifications

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent certification
• Chartered Accountant (CA) is preferable
