• Conduct site surveys to assess telecommunications needs and requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend upgrades to existing systems.
• Prepare reports on network performance and incidents.
• Educate team members on procedural changes and new technologies.
• Lead training sessions for staff on telecommunications systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related technical field
• Professional certification in telecommunications is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in network engineering or telecommunications
