Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Tax Consultant to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of South African tax laws and regulations, along with the ability to offer strategic tax planning and compliance services. You will work closely with clients, providing tailored solutions to optimize their tax positions.

Responsibilities

• Review tax returns prepared by junior staff for accuracy.
• Educate clients on tax-saving opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports on tax matters for management.
• Liaise with external auditors on tax-related issues.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying new clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Postgraduate qualification in Taxation is advantageous

Experience

• Over 4 years of experience in the taxation field, ideally in a consulting capacity
