We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of healthcare management and regulatory compliance, ensuring optimal patient care and efficient operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate healthcare services, ensuring smooth operations and patient flow.
• Develop and enforce policies that promote patient safety and quality care.
• Prepare and present reports on facility performance to senior management.
• Address and resolve patient and staff complaints effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.
• Assist with recruitment and training of administrative staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare environment
