Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team in Nelson Mandela Bay. The successful candidate will provide technical support for our clients, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems. He/She will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, assist with system installations, and provide user training.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve systems.
• Assist users in password resets and account recovery processes.
• Stay current with the latest technology trends and tools.
• Participate in project planning for system upgrades.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• IT support certifications (e.g., ITIL, HDI) are beneficial

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role

Languages

• English: Fluent
