Job Description

We are on the lookout for an E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online business initiatives. You will play a key role in developing strategies to increase online sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance our digital presence. Responsibilities

• Create and manage e-commerce budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Develop partnerships with third-party suppliers and platforms to expand product range and reach.
• Implement customer feedback processes to foster product and service improvements.
• Organize promotional events and sales campaigns to maximize customer engagement and drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Business or Marketing is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years in e-commerce or related fields with proven leadership experience

Technical Skills

• SEO/SEM
• Data Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)

Certifications

• Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP)
• Advanced Google Analytics Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
