Job Description

We are in search of an experienced Project Manager - Construction who will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Your role will involve managing project teams, coordinating on-site activities, and liaising with clients to ensure client satisfaction. Experience with construction regulations and project controls is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of construction projects while managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure high-quality construction standards across all project aspects.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technical reviews and design modifications.
• Review and approve all project-related documentation including drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor ongoing progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Cultivate a safety-conscious work environment and enforce safety protocols.
• Perform financial forecasting and manage project budget effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Master's in Construction Management is an advantage

Experience

• At least 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry
