Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech environment

Technical Skills

• Adobe XD
• InVision

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of accessibility standards: Awareness of WCAG guidelines for inclusive design.
• Experience with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments to deliver design projects.
