Job Description

We are seeking a creative UX/UI Designer to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you'll leverage your design expertise to create user-friendly applications and interfaces, ensuring a seamless user journey. Your design will play a crucial role in crafting delightful interactions for our users.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders.
• Create engaging visual designs that enhance user engagement.
• Adjust designs based on user testing results and analytics.
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders and product teams.
• Foster a culture of design thinking and user-centered design within the team.
• Mentor junior designers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design across various platforms

Languages
