Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Dynamic HR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our HR operations. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, performance management, and supporting employee development, all while contributing to a healthy workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full cycle recruitment process and assist with onboarding.
  • Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Draft and maintain HR documents like policies and handbooks.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops.

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • HR Certification (e.g., SAPA, SHRM) is a plus
