Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Program Manager to lead our exciting aerospace projects in Pretoria. The successful candidate will manage multiple programs, ensuring that we meet all project objectives and client expectations while adhering to budget and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple aerospace programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Create and maintain program documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure project success.
• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and communication.
• Develop and present project proposals to stakeholders.
• Oversee quality assurance and compliance within all projects.
• Utilize project management software to track project milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations and deliverables.
• Implement best practices for program management and share lessons learned with the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in aerospace engineering or project management
