We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate in Durban who is passionate about customer service and sales. You will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers and providing top-notch assistance. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, promoting products, and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Marketing or Sales is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales

Technical Skills

• Product Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Fluency in additional South African languages: Proficiency in languages such as Afrikaans or Xhosa is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a high-traffic retail environment: Experience working in busy retail stores during peak seasons.
