• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the creative process.
• Maintain records of production output and report daily metrics.
• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Train new staff members on candle cutting techniques.
• Work in alignment with the company's sustainability goals.
• Engage in professional development opportunities related to crafting.
• Support marketing initiatives by providing insights on product design.

Requirements
