Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Cape Town warehouse. Your role will involve managing inventory, leading a team of warehouse staff, and ensuring that goods are dispatched on time. The ideal candidate has a strong background in logistics and is passionate about optimizing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of shipping and receiving operations.
• Optimize warehouse workflows to improve efficiency.
• Coach and train warehouse employees to enhance performance.
• Regularly analyze KPI metrics and report to senior management.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and shipping companies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• MBA or similar qualification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.

Technical Skills

• SAP ERP Systems
• Data Analysis Tools

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

• Afrikaans: Proficient
