Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure optimal uptime.
• Assist with planning and implementation of IT solutions.

• Create and update user guides and documentation.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on IT equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years in IT support roles.

Technical Skills

• Active Directory
• VoIP Systems

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• ITIL Certification: ITIL certification will be advantageous for process improvement.
• Experience with IT Support Ticketing Systems: Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow is beneficial.
