Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Cape Town office. The successful candidate will provide technical support and solutions to our clients, ensuring optimal performance of their IT systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys technical challenges, and possesses outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure optimal uptime.
  • Assist with planning and implementation of IT solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all users.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technology advancements.
  • Create and update user guides and documentation.
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance on IT equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience
  • 3+ years in IT support roles.

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • ITIL Certification: ITIL certification will be advantageous for process improvement.
