Job Description

As a Command and Control Center Officer, you'll oversee air traffic control operations ensuring safety and efficiency in the skies. You will be pivotal in developing airspace control processes and monitoring air traffic.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live air traffic and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Design comprehensive air traffic control training programs.
• Assist in the evaluation of air traffic control systems and tools.
• Lead team briefings and debriefings to ensure operational readiness.
• Serve as a point of contact for communication during emergencies.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with pilots and ground personnel.
• Participate in audits and evaluations of air traffic control operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Air Traffic Management or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in air traffic control operations.
