Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to optimize our manufacturing processes in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial systems, process efficiency, and quality management, aiming to enhance production productivity while reducing costs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct root cause analysis to resolve production issues.
  • Design systems for efficient resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with IT to enhance data collection and analysis.
  • Monitor industry trends to innovate processes.
  • Lead projects to implement new technologies in manufacturing.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
  • Analyze production costs and suggest improvements.
  • Work with vendors to source quality materials.
  • Facilitate workshops to improve team productivity.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in similar roles.
