Responsibilities

  • Direct hotel operations and maintain high standards of guest service.
  • Lead talent acquisition, training, and development initiatives for staff.
  • Manage performance evaluations and staff schedules effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to drive guest bookings and stay extensions.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and integrity within the hotel.
  • Ensure that hotel facilities are well-maintained and operationally sound.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on performance metrics and financial outcomes.
  • Engage with guests to solicit feedback and foster a hospitable environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
  • MBA in Hospitality or Business Management is a plus
