Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at process improvement and cost reduction.
• Provide training and support to operational staff on new processes.
• Create project documentation and reports for performance tracking.
• Research and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve manufacturing processes.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for engineering projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• Additional certifications in project management are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial engineering
