Responsibilities

• Perform grooming services with an emphasis on safety and comfort.
• Evaluate pet behavior and adjust techniques accordingly.
• Provide excellent customer service to pet owners.
• Assist in inventory management of grooming supplies.
• Stay updated on grooming trends and techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in animal care or grooming is an asset

Experience

• 2+ years in a professional grooming setting

Technical Skills

• Clipping and scissoring
• Breed-specific grooming

Soft Skills

• Customer service
• Time management

Advantageous

• Familiarity with organic grooming products: Experience in using organic and eco-friendly grooming supplies.
• Basic knowledge of pet first aid: Certifications or knowledge in basic pet first aid measures.
