We are seeking a meticulous Auditor to join our dedicated team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in auditing processes, be detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring financial compliance and integrity for our clients' operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through to conclusion.
• Review work performed by junior auditors and provide feedback.
• Propose enhancements to financial policies and procedures.
• Provide expertise on regulatory compliance matters.
• Monitor industry trends and their impact on audit practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Auditing is an advantage

Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in financial auditing

Technical Skills

• Taxation
• Data Analysis

• Interpersonal Skills
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Accredited Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP standards.: Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Experience in a consulting firm.: Prior experience in a consulting environment is preferred.
