Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator who is passionate about improving healthcare delivery in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing patient experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the operational activities of the healthcare unit.
  • Establish priorities for department initiatives and objectives.
  • Conduct regular assessments of operational effectiveness.
  • Lead staff meetings focused on service improvement.
  • Ensure billing and coding accuracy in patient services.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement for community health initiatives.
  • Implement health information technology solutions.
  • Analyze market trends to inform service offerings.
  • Collaborate with funders and regulatory agencies.
  • Enhance patient satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health is an advantage
