We are searching for an Environmental Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of environmental regulations and engineering principles, playing a critical role in developing projects that promote sustainable practices and compliance with environmental policies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the environmental impacts of projects through rigorous assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainability initiatives.
• Research and analyze environmental data to report findings.
• Assist in the development of educational materials on environmental issues.
• Ensure all projects meet local and national environmental standards.
• Identify and apply for environmental grants and funding.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for project teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of environmental legislation and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Master's in Environmental Policy or a similar field is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in environmental projects
