Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting and maintaining records with accuracy, managing data entry tasks efficiently, and assisting the team with various administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintain organisation of records and documents in both physical and digital formats.
  • Regularly review and reconcile data to identify discrepancies.
  • Assist in the development of new data management procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to team members and management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy.
  • Respond promptly to requests for data updates and corrections.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in data entry or administrative roles
