Responsibilities

• Lead design projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
• Engage with clients to gather input and feedback during the design process.
• Create cohesive design concepts tailored to each project's unique style.
• Coordinate with contractors and other design professionals.
• Manage procurement of materials and furnishings.
• Conduct regular site assessments to ensure design integrity.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials showcasing completed projects.
• Mentor junior design staff and interns.
• Research and implement sustainable design practices.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in design is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in high-end residential or commercial design

Technical Skills

• Interior Design Software
• Project Management

• Strong Organizational Skills
• Client Relationship Management

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer (CID)
• BIM Software Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
