We are seeking a talented Industrial Engineer to join our Port Elizabeth team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and improving operational performance within manufacturing operations. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Research and apply new methodologies to enhance production processes.
• Regularly assess equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements.
• Facilitate workshops to gather input from staff on potential process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations in production activities.
• Collaborate on projects to enhance sustainability in manufacturing practices.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve operational effectiveness.
• Support budgeting and cost management efforts to ensure financial targets are met.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
