Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tshwane. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. You will be working on diverse projects ranging from residential to commercial developments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise onsite construction activities ensuring quality control.
• Evaluate design and construction processes for efficiency improvements.
• Participate in project meetings and liaise with stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project proposals for approval.
• Review engineering plans and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• BEng in Civil Engineering
• Registration with ECSA is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering roles

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Project Management Software
• Soil Mechanics

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Civil Engineer

Languages

• English: Fluent
