Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
  • Provide guidance to users on best practices for technology use.
  • Assist with data backup and recovery procedures.
  • Set up new user accounts and manage permissions.
  • Provide updates and feedback to management on recurring issues.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to IT projects.
  • Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on IT equipment to prevent issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or related roles
