Job Description

As an Art Coordinator at Artistry Agency, your role will involve managing the entire art production process, from concept development to final execution. You will ensure all projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating with artists and designers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute art projects from initial concept to final delivery.
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and goals.
• Oversee budgeting, ensuring projects are cost-effective.
• Facilitate communication between various departments involved in art projects.
• Lead creative brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas.
• Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Evaluate the performance of artists and provide constructive feedback.
• Adapt to and overcome challenges that arise during project development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in art coordination or similar

• 3D Modelling Software
• Video Editing Software

Languages

• English: Fluent
