As a Technical Writer at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a crucial role in creating clear and concise technical documentation. You will work closely with engineers and product teams to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly content. Your writing will help our users navigate our software products effectively.

Responsibilities

• Research and gather technical information from developers and engineers.
• Write clear and accurate documentation that meets both user and internal stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with design teams to improve user interfaces based on documentation feedback.
• Create visual aids such as diagrams and screenshots to accompany technical content.
• Ensure that all documentation is easily accessible and user-friendly.
• Regularly update existing documentation to reflect software changes or user feedback.
• Work closely with product management to align documentation with product releases.
• Assist in the translation and localization of documentation.
• Manage documentation projects and provide status updates to management.
• Continuously improve writing based on the latest best practices for technical writing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or a related field
• Technical Writing certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or related field
