Leading Cybersecurity Firm is looking for an experienced Network Security Specialist to join our Port Elizabeth branch. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions to protect sensitive data and maintain the integrity of our clients' networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage endpoint security solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures.
• Develop strategies to mitigate security risks.
• Coordinate with law enforcement during investigations.
• Assist in the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Prepare reports and documentation on security incidents.
• Participate in security forums and networking events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Additional certifications in cybersecurity preferred

Experience

• 3+ years working in cybersecurity or network security

• Network Security Assessment Tools
• Cloud Security

• Communication Skills

Certifications

• CompTIA Security+
• CISM

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with penetration testing: Hands-on experience in conducting penetration tests and vulnerability assessments.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools: Knowledge of tools for monitoring network traffic and detecting anomalies.
