Job Description

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will assist pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the daily operations of the organization and ensure efficiency.
  • Implement best practices for operational management and performance metrics.
  • Foster collaboration among various departments to achieve operational synergy.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and forecast future needs.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes across teams.
  • Report directly to the CEO on all operational matters and strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or similar field
  • Master's degree or relevant qualification is an advantage

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior operational role
