• Collaborate with claims team to understand risk factors.
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation and records.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust underwriting guidelines as necessary.
• Conduct regular training sessions for junior underwriters.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in underwriting or related field
