Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance factory processes to improve production efficiency.
• Monitor chemical processes and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Work closely with R&D to ensure alignment on product specifications.
• Conduct regular audits of safety procedures and practices.
• Document all work in accordance with quality management standards.
• Engage with external partners for project collaborations.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical engineering or related fields

• Process design

Certifications

Languages
