We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and assisting in financial forecasting. You will work closely with various departments to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Create reports that track financial performance and highlight key metrics.
• Identify and communicate risks related to financial performance.
• Provide training to team members on financial processes and tools.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards for real-time performance tracking.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• CFA certification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a corporate finance environment
