UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking an AI Research Scientist to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. This role focuses on developing innovative AI models and algorithms to solve real-world problems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in machine learning, statistical analysis, and programming languages such as Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and user interviews to identify pain points.
• Create and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on product goals.
• Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Advocate for the user throughout the design and development process.
• Participate in design critique sessions and contribute to team discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master’s in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design
