Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Self-Enrichment Teacher to design and deliver engaging enrichment programs that inspire students in the Johannesburg area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education and have a passion for fostering unique learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create interactive curriculum tailored to student interests and goals.
• Facilitate dynamic teaching methods to engage students.
• Evaluate and adjust programs based on client outcomes.
• Maintain a proactive approach to client relationship management.
• Support team members in program planning and execution.
• Deliver structured feedback to clients regarding their progress.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new program ideas.
• Document and maintain accurate records of student achievements.
• Adhere to safety and educational standards during sessions.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the educational organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Education or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years’ experience in instructional design or teaching

Technical Skills

• Experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype)
• Curriculum development tools

Soft Skills
